More and more existing contact lens wearers will become presbyopic in the next decade. They generally like to continue wearing contact lenses. Good vision at all distances (near (phone), intermediate (computer) and far (driving)) is certainly an important requirement for this contact lenses. The first of two sections presentation will speak about the new DAILIES TOTAL1® Multifocal contact lenses, which combine the unique water gradient material with the proven optical design of AIR OPTIX® Aqua and DAILIES ® AquaComfort PLUS® lenses.
To grow the contact lens market, we must ensure that in addition to bringing new wearers we also keep those that are already wearing them. The number one reasons for dropping out of contact lenses is comfort. The second section of this presentation will show the results of adding HydraGlyde® Moisture Matrix to the AIR OPTIX® Aqua contact lenses. HydraGlyde® is a molecule already used for years in contact lens care products.
